day 6 and 7...sugar cleanse...

this morning i woke up pretty late for my standards...and the only reason i did wake up is because a friend of mine decided to text me "slappin da base"? i have no idea what that means...am i getting old?

this weekend is going to be fun...i'm having a girls' day with my almost sister-in-law...and then tomorrow my love and i are going to watch canada and u.s. battle for gold...should be an interesting game...
